#Clarksisters

I’m the youngest of six children.  There is 21 years between me and the eldest, and 9 years between me and the next one.  I was a ‘surprise’.

I had a great childhood, but I really missed having a sibling close in age.  By the time I was born, the 3 eldest had moved out. By the time I started school, my next sibling was already in high school. By the time I could drink, my next sibling had 3 kids. By the time I had my first kid, my first nephew was almost 30.

My sisters

I love watching Miss E and Miss A and tonight is just a treat to witness.  The girls now share a room.  We have been putting down the youngest first and then the eldest.  That, or we put one in our room until we go to bed and then transfer.  However, this week we are experimenting with putting them down at the same time.  It is so far, working quite well.  However, they have now been giggling for over 45 minutes.  I’m sure they’ll tire of it by the end of the week, but it is such a joy to hear.  I don’t mind how long it takes them to sleep – I could listen to their laughter forever.

Below is a short video of their adventures….so far.
