East wall gallery – Berlin

We travelled to Berlin in the Summer and had a great time exploring. One of the places I enjoyed very much was the East Wall gallery. It is a stretch of the old Berlin wall that has been left standing. On one side of the wall there is some amazing art work and a view to the old East Berlin. On the other side is a beautiful peaceful river. 

The art is amazing and the difference from the old east to west is quite remarkable. It was 31 degrees and there is A LOT of concrete so it was difficult to spend too long out there but what we got see was great. Especially given my love of street art.
